It is dependent on the day and what your pet is being seen for. For any surgery that is not an emergency, we require an appointment. For all other appointments, we are walk-in only Sunday-Wednesday and Thursday & Friday we are appointment based, but may be able to accommodate a walk-in if time allows.
We treat dogs, cats, small mammals, birds, reptiles, goats, pigs and more! If you are unsure if we can accommodate your pet's needs, please contact us in advance.
Unfortunately, due to our buildings limited space we are unable to accommodate drop offs. The space we have, we save for our hospitalized pets and surgical patients.
We typically stop taking walk ins 30 minutes before we close each day. Some days we reach our capacity for how many pets we can provide quality care for and must cut our walk ins even earlier. We always recommend coming in during our morning hours to try to ensure your place in line or calling before you head in.
No, we do not offer any in-house payment plans and payment is due at the time service is rendered. If financing is needed, we do accept Care Credit and Scratchpay as forms of payment.
Unfortunately, our clinic does not have exam rooms to accommodate client present exams for our patients. We do however allow clients to be present for euthanasia.
On walk-in days wait times are usually between 1-3 hours, due to the fact that the majority of the patients seen are ill and we have limited staffing each day to keep client costs low. Appointment days we do our best to honor appointment times but can get behind if emergency comes in.
We do, although we do not offer 24-hour care. We strongly recommend a client seeks 24-hour care in cases where pet's require hospitalization if they can afford to do so, but also understand that it is not in every pet parent's budget. All pets are housed in their own kennel with food, water, bedding and are closely monitored by our ICU technicians during the hours we are in clinic. Hospitalization costs are reflective of our time in hospital with patients.
